| Sore after first couple of workouts, I'm workin in some flexibility excersizes too. I need a treadmill so I can get my cardio game up. |

Today, I turned 23 and it was my first day of my first "real" attempt to quit smoking.
I just got an entirely new bike.
This is my beginning to get in shape again. |
